Installation of a solar system for the UN building in Havana, Cuba
In order to improve the energy supply of the Cuban national office, a UN agency decided to finance a project. The client wanted to install an intelligent hybrid solar system with 45 kWp of solar panels.
Moreover, Havana's power grid is not stable, with frequent power cuts and poor quality, leading to premature aging of all electrical equipment.
To meet this need, Enviroearth proposed the installation of a hybrid solar system connected to the grid and installed on site. In addition, the project will be monitored and maintained through an annual maintenance phase lasting three years.
Enviroearth's mission was to design, supply and manage the logistics phase; assemble and install the equipment; train the local team in maintenance; and coordinate all project management related to the installation of the 45 kWp grid-connected hybrid solar system.
